Frequently Asked Questions

Through your very own Neeboz share and trade account and the Boz Dollars you will earn, you can access the goods, services, skills and time of your neighbours all without cash. By offering a new cashless economy that facilitates local trading, Neeboz urges the rediscovery of our neighbourhoods in their capacity to fulfil their own social and economic needs. Neeboz encourages trust and relationship building and the appreciation of the diversity of each unique community. By connecting communities through a new personable local economy, Neeboz pushes the new social media frontier by reinventing the age-old practice of bartering and sharing in local communities. If you would benefit from being part of a community where skills and things can be accessed without money, where you can get the most out of your diverse skills and resources and have your needs met at the same time, then Neeboz is for you…

You are welcome to visit each page on Neeboz and browse the ads and posts to see what is on offer, however, you cannot list or trade on the site or contact other members unless you have registered. Through registration and the feedback tools on the site, we verify who you are and we measure your Neeboz activities with the aim of offering a safe and reliable share and trade community. Registration is FREE, quick and easy and for listing two ads after registration, you instantly receive 50 free Boz Dollars to kick start your first trade. From here you get a six week trial period to access to all of the goods, skills and time of your neighbourhood without spending a cent. All you need to do is list what you have to offer your neighbourhood (check out our inspiration page for listing ideas), participate in a couple of trades and let the Boz Dollars roll into your share and trade account. You can then use these Boz Dollars to access what you need. After the trial period, continue on to full membership for a small annual fee. We know that you will get that back in value within your first couple of trades and the rest is just a bonus!

Why join? Neeboz offers a powerful local resource pool to reduce waste, build relationships and create healthier communities. Think of the money and time you will save and the new friends you will meet locally. Why wouldn’t you join?

Staying local is important to Neeboz in building trustworthy and reliable social networks and local economies unique to each community. In keeping Neeboz a high quality service where members can access others’ resources, time and skills in the community, we will be focusing our energy in certain locations before moving on to the next community. This will allow Neeboz to offer lots of resources, skill sets and creative wisdom in localised areas and allows members to access these resources close to home; opening up a whole new world of opportunities. We will not be offering Neeboz in new locations until there are several members on the registration 'wait list' for that neighbourhood. In becoming a part of the wait list, potential members need to signup through 'other' in the suburb list and once there are numerous members on the list for a locality, Neeboz will notifiy those members that it is launching in their neighbourhood. This wait-list approach ensures the most effective use of each members FREE trial membership timeframe (in guaranteeing a great share and trade experience with other local members available for trade).

If you want to fast-track Neeboz coming to your neighbourhood, we suggest the following:

  1. ŸLeaflet all of the houses within a five minute walk of your house to develop a good resource/skill base for trading (we can mail you the leaflets)
  2. Recruit a friend or neighbour you know to assist your efforts
  3. Organise a meeting or a social event to bring neighbours together and discuss the benefits of Neeboz in your community. Begin with introductions, each can talk about what motivated them to come along and what they would want out of Neeboz. You can also discuss various projects, like fruit and vegetable cooperative purchasing options. You could begin a neighbourhood events working group to assist Neeboz support; the more that people know eachother the more willing they are to trade!
  4. Get involved in our share and trade events and request an event in your neighbourhood
  5. Don’t forget about the bonus UCreates you earn for successful friend referrals to Neeboz…

Let us know about your efforts to get Neeboz up and running in your community so we can write about it in our Neeboz News mag.

In line with our no cash ethos, Neeboz is free. After your first trade we give you the option of contributing a small fee; however, that is your decision and not necessary. A financial contribution helps us meet our running costs and the verification also helps build a trusted community. By paying a small fee through a credit card, bank account or paypal we can better confirm your identity and, in return, we upload a key symbol on your profile so other members can see you are verified.

In alternative to a cash contribution, you can support Neeboz by promoting us on social media or throughout your networks. We are open to your suggestions and would love to hear from you!

From time to time, as we upgrade the user friendliness of Neeboz, it may be necessary to bring the site down momentarily while we make some changes. These brief downtimes should typically last no more than from minutes to an hour, and to the extent possible, will be scheduled to take place late in the evening to reduce the number of people affected.

Neeboz is not strictly a business to business network; rather it is open to all skills, including professional, non-professional and community skills and item sharing in local areas. This open membership allows small business to increase exposure to their local community and it allows members the access to neighbourhood capacities and resources in their entirety.

Neeboz differ to similar programs by:
* offering an internal currency rather than direct swapping (which opens up immense opportunities for trading);
* not condoning the provision of 'credit lines' or debt and encouraging a culture of innovation, entrepreneurialism and resourcefulness;
* we provide a sophisticated technology that is affordable to all (with a one time annual fee and no tricky per transaction cash fees).

Neeboz aims to connect locals through bartering; however, Neeboz's focus is on offering a professional, user friendly and engaging portal that provides all of the tools needed to share and trade in a neighbourhood. The portal easily connect locals through what they already have and raises the profile of local neighbourhood capacities and resources available.

To get started, signup, complete your profile and list your first two ads for trade. As soon as you complete these steps, you are instantly given 50 bonus Boz Dollars to begin trading. Check-out what is on offer at Browse Ads and Make an Offer with your Boz Dollars. You are then walked through each stage of the trade at "My Activities" (and you get an email that outlines what to do next). In getting started, its also a good idea to get a Neebozer that you know to write a "Vouch for Me" reference on your profile. This encourages others to trade with you as a Newbie Neebozer (just until your trading feedback develops over the longer term).

Trading (10)

First up, to help you to understand it all, lets get some of the lingo out of the way. As a member of Neeboz, there are two roles that you will play on the Neeboz site. If you post an ad (ie. you own the ad), you are known as the ‘Lister’ and, if you make an offer on an ad, you are known as the ‘Receiver’.

In the Neeboz economy we use ‘UCreate’ credits (UCreates) instead of money and you create (UCreate) your own employment by listing ads. By listing ads (including your belongings for trade or for others to borrow, your skills and task completion) you can earn UCreates that you can then use to purchase what you need from other Neebozers.

See the transaction steps below for how it all works (and don't forget to check out our 'How it Works' link). All you need to remember is 'Post Ad' to earn UCreates and 'Browse Ads' to make an offer - the rest of the trading steps are listed for you in the 'My Activites' tab where you can easily see where you are up to in a trade and what is left to do (these appear as red links).

1) Register to get your own secure user account.

2) List ads to earn UCreate credits to trade with (you will receive 50 free UCreates upon registering and listing your first four ads).

3) When your Listed items or services are used, the agreed upon amount of UCreates will be transferred to your Neeboz account for you to spend.

To finalise a transaction and trigger the UCreates transfer to a Listers' account, the Receiver will confirm that the goods or services have been delivered in the 'My Activities' tab.

4) Make an offer on an ad (something you need) with your available UCreates.

The Lister will need to accept the offer before the transaction will progress. Making an offer on an ad occurs through the ‘Browse Ads’ screen, where a member can either ‘Submit an offer’ or ‘Contact Ad Owner’ (to get more information) as an option to initiate a trade. All proposed trade details can be made through the 'Make an Offer' screen; if the Lister declines the offer they can provide alternate trade details and you have the option to make a new offer with that information.

A Lister cannot edit or delete an ad when an active offer is on it. A Receiver cannot make another offer on an ad when they already have an active offer on that ad. An active offer includes all steps in the trade process from the beginning (ie. making an offer) to the end (ie. feedback and any dispute/investigation finalization).

No need to remember all of the trade step details as you will be walked through each trade after selecting ‘Make an Offer’ on the appropriate ad. For each step of the trade, you will get an internal email (and external if you select that option in your profile) letting you know where it is up to and what to do next. To make sure you never get lost, we also show all outstanding actions as a red link in the ‘My Activities’ section of the site for you to complete. It’s that simple!

No you cannot list your husband or wife sorry and no you are not the first person to ask... :)

You can list pretty much anything; remember we aren’t just about professional services (although you can list those if you like) as there are plenty of other sites specializing in that. We are about every day people and their needs - the stuff lying around your house and shed that someone else could be using (whether you trade an item or lend it out) and your time in completing others’ tasks and chores. We are also about people sharing hobbies and interests and encouraging learning and inspirational experiences (we all need more of those experiences in our lives and money shouldn't be a limitation). Still stuck? How about:

ŸBooks, interest magazines

ŸCD's or DVD's

ŸKitchen appliances

ŸCarpentry skills

ŸTeach someone the tricks to an electronic game

ŸBoard games

ŸCamping equipment

ŸA home cooked meal or some muffins

ŸA lift somewhere

ŸYour transport (land or sea)

ŸStorage or gardening/land space

Your hobby (teach someone guitar, painting, beading, mosaicing, sailing)

ŸYour sporting equipment

ŸYour green thumb (I desparately need some help in the vegie patch)

Personal training

ŸCleaning/household tasks

ŸPick up the dog food for your neighbour

ŸElectronic equipment

ŸMechanics

ŸYour small business skills

ŸYour time to babysit

ŸPlants

ŸYour time to pet sit or house sit

ŸBeauty therapy

ŸPool cleaning

ŸToys

and the list is as big as your imagination.... Don't forget to check-out the 'Wanted' section of the Noticeboard to see what people need (and whether you can offer it by listing the appropriate ad) on the Neeboz market.

As a member of Neeboz, there are two roles that you will play on the Neeboz site in relation to trading. If you post an ad (ie. you own the ad), you are known as the ‘Lister’ and, if you make an offer on an ad, you are known as the ‘Receiver’. You are walked through each trade step below at your 'My Activities' page, so no need to remember any of it. The table below is just for those that like to know the deets...

Share and Trade Step

Timeframes for the Next Step

What Happens after the Timeframe Cut-Off?

Receiver Makes an Offer

Lister has until the goods/services/ tasks delivery date set by the Reciever to Accept the Offer

The Offer is automatically cancelled

Lister Accepts Offer

The Receiver has two weeks from the goods/services/ tasks delivery date proposed by the Receiver to confirm the trade was completed

The Offer is automatically cancelled

Receiver Confirms the Goods/Services/ Tasks were Provided

If the trade is confirmed, there is a two week timeframe to leave feedback. If not confirmed, the Lister has two weeks from agreed goods/services/ tasks delivery date to request an investigation into any unpaid UCreates.

Following two weeks from the agreed goods/services/ tasks delivery date, the Lister can request an investigation if the Receiver did not confirm the trade completion

Provide Feedback

Two Weeks from trade delivery confirmation.

Both the Lister and Receiver can leave feedback for each-other regarding the trade experience.

Neeboz has been setup to be as user friendly as possible. The 'My NB' page shows everything you need, including your Boz Dollar balance (and a statement of transactions). Your transactions will be captured through the statements on you’re 'My NB' page. We encourage you to regularly backup and print these Boz Dollar statements for your records and for tax purposes.

You’re ‘My Activities’ page will help you manage your transactions, showing all of your transactions as a Lister or a Receiver, their status and any outstanding actions for completion (you can see only outstanding actions by ticking the appropriate box and these will appear as red links for your follow-up).  You will also receive all transaction updates and instructions about the next trade step via internal email and you can also request to be notified at an external email account (through your profile selections).

An active offer includes all steps in the trade process from the beginning (ie. making an offer) to the end (ie. feedback and any dispute/investigation finalization). A Lister cannot edit or delete an ad when an active offer is on it. A Receiver cannot make another offer on an ad when they already have an active offer on that ad.

Put what you are looking for up in the ‘wanted’ part of the ‘Noticeboard’ to encourage the Neeboz community to come up with the ad listing you are after. Keep an eye on your post for any responses; we also encourage Neebozers to email you when they list what you are asking for (so you can make your offer)...

We have given you the tools (Verification, Vouch for Me, Feedback and Profiles) to help you decide if you want to trade with another Neebozer. If you don’t feel comfortable in trading, then that decision is entirely up to you. You can always decline their offer on your ad and you don’t need to explain why; however, if you would like to provide an explanation for a decline (or to request more information) use the text box in the 'accept/decline' screen to communicate with the Receiver. If you have concerns about a particular Neeboz member, please let the site administrator know at support@neeboz.com.au or by selecting the appropriate ‘Report Ad’ link.

If you’d be happier trading with members once you’ve met them, organise a social event, such as a street BBQ, and get to know your neighbours face-to-face first or have a coffee with a potential trader to build up the relationship first (that is what the 'Meet Local Neebozers' on your My NB page is all about)...

In the main, there will be plenty of happy trades; however, once in a while something may go astray. Here are a couple of ways where things may not go as planned and some options:

1)    If you provide a good or service as a Lister and the Receiver doesn’t confirm the ‘Goods/Services/Tasks were Provided’ (they have two weeks from the agreed trade date to do this or the trade is cancelled), then the Lister will not receive the UCreates owing. The Lister and Receiver will get an email reminder one week after the agreed trade date to complete the trade. In this situation, and as a Lister, you can wait for two weeks from the trade date to pass and then ‘Request an Owing UCreates Investigation’ through the ‘My Activities’ page. The Neeboz Administrator will then follow-up to obtain further information and to inform you of the outcomes. The outcome of the review will be based on Neeboz Administrator discussions with both parties and any evidence of the transaction ie. emails, photos etc.

2)    A Lister doesn’t provide the goods or service as agreed. You can wait two weeks from the trade date and the trade will be cancelled and leave it at that. However, as a Receiver, if you want to follow-up on the lack of delivery you can choose to ‘request an investigation’ (through the internal email directed to support@neeboz.com.au) to prompt the Neeboz Administrator to investigate the Lister.

3)    You are unhappy with the goods or service provided by the Lister. You can either leave negative feedback for the Lister to ensure other Neebozers are aware OR, if the goods or service didn’t match the ad, you can ‘Request an Investigation’ to have the Neeboz Adminstrator follow-up (with the aim of retrieving your UCreates from the Listers account). Use the internal email system and email support@neeboz.com.au to initiate an investigation.

No, but if its a skill or task completion offer, you may include a cash component. Many traders quote Boz Dollars for the labour and cash for parts or materials when offering a skill or task trade. Neeboz tracks and manages all Boz Dollar transactions; however, all cash transactions need to be self organized and self managed. Cash is not acceptable in the trade of an item. There are plenty of other classified websites that can better assist if cash is the aim.

The aim of Neeboz is to add an additional value to the cash economy through your diverse skills and resources - remember, if you need to spend cash as a part of your Neeboz listing or offer, you get value back by having more Boz Dollars to spend on things that you would normally have to pay cash for. The more you get involved in Neeboz, the more comfortable you will feel about being paid in Boz Dollars even when you have spent cash to allow a trade.

Neeboz uses Boz Dollars as its currency to increase your chances of finding what you need. Most other swap sites allow you to offer something through the goodness of your heart and, in doing so, you can access what ever it is that you need because you are part of that community. Whilst these sites have great intentions, the problem is that some people offer more than others (without getting any more back) and because there are no incentives for contributing more (other than a nice feeling), the listings available for trade on these sites are often limitied in varying neighbourhoods. Other sites provide sharing and swapping by offering a ‘haves’ and ‘wants’ bartering model. The problem with a ‘haves’ and ‘wants’ model is that you are restricted to a one-to one lending relationship where you need to find someone that wants what you have and that is offering something that you want in return.

At Neeboz, we have built a currency based site because it opens up your trading opportunities from one to one trades to provide a pool of resources that anyone can access as long as they have Boz Dollars. We have gone to extreme lengths to provide a user-friendly site that allows you to transform your idle resources and your spare time into an alternative Boz Dollar income that will allow you to get the things that you want and need without cash. With the Neeboz Boz Dollars model, the more you put in and the better your feedback is, the more you get out of the system through trading and through incentive Boz Dollar bonuses (you get bonuses for trading, positive feedback and friend referrals). Now you know why Neeboz is the Resource Revolution!

You earn Boz Dollars by offering your things (to trade or to borrow), services/skills or the completion of tasks and chores for other Neebozers. Check out our Inspirations for ad ideas. You put the ad listings up on Neeboz (you need to post four ad listings to obtain your free 50 Boz Dollars during the registration process) and wait for other Neebozers to make an offer. Keep an eye on the ‘wanted’ section of the Neeboz Noticeboard to see what the community needs and whether you can offer that to earn extra Boz Dollars.

Other ways you can earn Boz Dollars is through ‘friend referrals’ (15 Boz Dollars for each successful registration from friend referrals) and, as an ad Lister, for receiving positive feedback for a transaction equal to or above 30 Boz Dollars (10 Boz Dollars for each transaction). You cannot buy or sell Boz Dollars for cash and we encourage members to use Boz Dollars as an exchange rather than a storage value. At the end of each financial year we reduce any UCreate balances above 500 Boz Dollars by 15%; so make sure you use your Boz Dollars rather than save them.

To help you value your ad, one (1) Boz Dollar is worth one (1) Australian dollar. So, for example, if you would charge $30 an hour for cleaning, you would charge 30 Boz Dollars an hour of cleaning. Pay attention to the ‘Unit’ when you are posting your ad as that tells them what they get for the Boz Dollars value you are asking for (ie. is it per hour, per day, per item).

It is up to the Lister to determine the value of their service, item or task completion and the member making the offer in terms of whether they are willing to use that Boz Dollar amount on the item or service. If your listing isn't getting too many offers on the Neeboz market, it may be that you have it valued to high (or that there isn’t a need for what you are offering at the moment). Make sure you check out similar ads and the 'Wanted' section of the Noticeboard to ensure you are offering what the Neeboz market is after at a reasonable value.

Editing an Ad:

You can modify or delete your ad by going to "My Ads and Posts" and clicking edit on the appropriate ad. You can only edit an ad if there are no active offers on it. The reason for this is because it would be unfair for the Receiver if the item information changes when an offer has been made/accepted.This applies to both item information and images in the ad. You can also expire an ad, if there are no active offers on it, so that it is no longer available for trade. By expiring an ad it is not deleted from the Neeboz system; so, if in the future you wish to make that ad available for trade again, you can by making it 'active' and changing the expiry dates.

Editing a Note:

If you own a note on the noticeboard you can edit or delete it at any time and if you are contributing to a post, you can only edit or delete your own content. Please note, Neeboz retains all content (including deleted content) for site monitoring purposes.

There are two possible scenarios here:

A) The Lister has not accepted the offer

If the Receiver decides, before the Lister accepts an offer, that they don't wish to continue with their offer, they can select 'Cancel Offer' in 'My Activities'

B) The Lister has accepted the offer

If the Receiver or Lister decide, after the Lister has accepted an offer, that they do not wish to progress with a trade, they can email one another to mutually agree to cancel and then, the Receiver can select the ‘the goods/services/tasks' were not provided’ to automatically void the transaction or they can just leave it and two weeks after the agreed trade date the offer will automatically cancel (these actions will not negatively impact the Listers' feedback ratings).

Editing an Ad:

You can modify or delete your ad by going to "My Ads and Posts" and clicking edit on the appropriate ad. You can only edit an ad if there are no active offers on it. Feedback (4)

A members feedback rating is a quick way to see how reputable they are. Over time, Neeboz members will develop their reputation through the feedback and ratings left by other members based on transactions. Members will receive an email notification referring them to the ‘My Activities’ page to complete the feedback on a transaction (by following the red link). Feedback on offers that have been cancelled, rejected, or disputed is not allowed.

There are a few processes that can be broken up in terms of feedback, including:

1)    ‘Vouch for me’

This function assists members to assess potential trading partners when they are just starting out (before the Neeboz transaction based feedback mechanisms kick in). If you know someone new to Neeboz and you want to vouch for their trustworthiness and reliability, simply fill in the ‘vouch for me’ template, including the character ‘endorsements’, via the ‘Vouch for Me’ link on their profile. By providing a ‘vouch for me’ reference for a member, you are representing that you personally know that member and are willing to confirm their participation in Neeboz as trustworthy and reliable. Please note that this endorsement may reflect (either positively or negatively) on your reputation in the Neeboz community.

2) Percentage Rating

In receiving positive or negative feedback; the percentage rating is calculated by the percentage of positive ratings left by members over the last 6 months. This is calculated by dividing the number of positive ratings by the total number of transactions.

3) Feedback Score and Comments

Receivers can leave Listers negative or positive feedback and a short comment/reference regarding the transaction experience. Listers can leave Receivers positive feedback and a short comment or choose not to leave feedback.

For each positive rating, one (1) point is given to your feedback score (the number in parentheses next to your username) and for every negative rating one point is deducted from your feedback score. A Lister (not a Receiver) is rewarded for their receipt of positive feedback through the provision of ten (10) UCreates for transactions equal to or above thirty (30) Ucreates.

There are also feedback ‘person symbols’ located near the username on the member profile. As the feedback score increases, the person symbol will change color. A Feedback score of at least 50 earns a Bronze person, 120 a Silver person and 250 a Gold person. The higher the feedback score, the more positive ratings a member has received.

If negative feedback is left; there is a two week timeframe, from the date the negative feedback was provided, for the Lister to request the Receiver to retract their feedback (providing reasoning why the Lister is seeking this retraction). If the retraction is not accepted, and the lister wants to continue in seeking to have the negative feedback withdrawn, an investigation can be requested for the Neeboz administrator to follow-up (there is another two week timeframe for this also). This second option is provided as feedback ratings are an important currency on Neeboz and we want to prevent personal gripes/misunderstandings negatively impacting a members usage of the system (as would occur if their reputation percentage was reduced). Investigations will then be managed personally by the Neeboz administrator in communication with both the Lister and Receiver through the internal email system. If the feedback is retracted, that particular trade does not count towards your feedback scoring either positively or negatively.

If you need to change feedback you already left due to an error, please contact us and submit a request. We will look at the circumstances and may be able to withdraw it (rather than change it) for you if the request is received within 30 days from the completion of the transaction. After 30 days have passed, we can no longer withdraw your feedback.

We cannot guarantee this; however, we have developed some pretty sophisticated tools (feedback and verification tools) to help you to rate potential trading partners. Members who have completed all the verification steps and who have good feedback on the site can be considered more trustworthy than those without one or the other. It is; however, your decision with whom your trade with and it is your responsibility to ensure your personal insurances apply in providing additional protection.

Many people have concerns with posting details of things they have to lend out, because they are worried that someone might then come to their house or shed and steal those things. In terms of the delivery of items, we have included options that include public places to cater to privacy concerns. It is up to you if you want to provide your address as the pickup point, or you can decline an offer, saying that you would rather meet up first and then discuss the potential of sharing. We have gone to a lot of trouble to give you as much information as possible to make trading convenient without revealing any personal member information. You will know whether an item or service is within a certain distance from your house without ever knowing members personal addresses (unless they choose to provide that). The green transport symbols on each ad identify the distance from your residential address. Each symbol means:

A)   Less than 2 km- Walking man symbol

B)   Less than 10 Km- Cycle symbol

C)   More than 10 Km- Car symbol

D)   More than 50 Km - Question mark symbol

Most people share and lend out their items all of the time without hesitation and the majority of your neighbours are reliable and trustworthy people. Neeboz provides the verification and feedback tools to build a reliable and trustworthy community, but it relies on the experience and efforts of its members to continually build that. If you have additional privacy concerns, please refer to our privacy policy for further information or contact us at support@neeboz.com.au.

Neeboz does not offer insurance for the items you share and trade. We provide the tools for you to make your own decisions about the most reliable trades with other Neebozers and we encourage you to use those. If you have your own insurance policy you should check to see what it covers and ensure your own personal insurance protection.

We do our best to verify members, and the majority of people are honest. In order to manage the small amount of people that may be involved in fraud, we use a couple of verification mechanisms. All Neeboz members are verified via email. We also offer “credit card or bank account verification” via PayPal, which means the member has successfully completed a membership purchase on NB which proves that they have a working credit card or bank account. This type of verification is demonstrated by a ‘key’ symbol on the relevant members’ profile. Another tool that assists you in your decision making is the ‘Vouch for Me’ reference function. This allows members that know a new Neeboz member to let the Neeboz community know about them (whether they are reliable, trustworthy etc). The feedback rating tool also aims to demonstrate the trustworthiness of a member by displaying the feedback provided by other members through their share and trade experiences with that member.

Whilst verification does not necessarily mean a member is 100% trustworthy, it is an additional tool that helps you to decide for yourself whether or not trade with a particular individual. For example, members who have completed all the verification steps and have good feedback on the site can be considered more trustworthy than those without one or the other. If there are any suspicions regarding false identity, the Neeboz Terms of Use warrant the request of member photo and residential identification at any time.

Neeboz.com.au also encourages you to communicate directly with potential trading partners through the tools available on the Site and through personal interaction; use the 'Meet Local Neebozers' map on your My NB page to get to know members before trading. You can then begin your swapping interaction with smaller trades before engaging in larger more valuable exchanges.

You can link your social media accounts (LinkedIn or Facebook) to upload some of your profile information, so you don't have to go through the email verification process and to minimise the need for you to remember another username and password. Just sign-in to Neeboz using your chosen social media account each time or, if you would prefer, go through the 'Reset Password' process in your profile to set a password for future Neeboz sign-in use.
